Go to El Dorado Royale. It's about 30 minutes south of Cancun. They do weddings on the beach, or in their own chapel if the weather isn't to your liking. You can stay in an individual casita, so you can have a lot of privacy. They have beds on the beach to relax in and they are covered in the back and on the sides, so all you see is the ocean with lots of privacy. It is beautiful and relaxing.
