I think normally is around 20-25... I don't recommend that age though or looking at a time line. If you rush yourself, you won't be happy. Hold out for however long it takes to find the right man, I promise you will regret it if you don't. I have been there. What is an average age when womens get married ? Plz advice.. Thanx!?
Here's the answer from the U.S. Census:

Median Age at First Marriage
On average, from 2000 to 2003, the median age at first marriage (MAFM) for men and women was 27 and 25 years, respectively.
The MAFM for both men and women is generally higher in states in the Northeast than the national average.
The MAFM for both men and women is lower in states in the Midwest, West and South than the national average.

Of course, it's been rising a lot in the past 30-50 years. What is an average age when womens get married ? Plz advice.. Thanx!?
Anymore, I don't think there's an average age. It used to be like in our early 20s....but I have a lot of friends now who are now divorced and got married in their early 20s. I've never been and I'm 35 =) I've loved being single!
Twenty years ago the average age was 20, now it's 25 according to the Today Show. They just did a story that included this topic.
Depends.......
For a higher divorce rate, somewhere between 16 and 25.
For creating off spring, 23 to 35.
For a mature relationship, 33 on up.
For gold digger purposes, female:18 to 28, for a male that's 25+ years older.
i have same prob as u... i think women can wait til 30 and max 33 nowadays...
but best is 26 or 27...
around 48.23 years.
Any where between 20 and 30. Or you could take the average. 25.
18 to 21 thats the average age
I just read this morning that the average age in America for women was 26.
I think a woman should get married when she feels like she has had all her fun and has experienced all she needs to experience as a single woman. In that sense I would say late 20's
I dont really know but, my guess would be mabey 19 to 27?? I dont think that there is a certain age that people should get married at though. I think that when you are ready to get married, you should get married! As long as you know that your in love and you can see yourself spending the rest of your life with that person, I dont think that it matters if your 18 or 81! I dont think that marriage is something that you should rush into but, if you know that you found the one.. get married! lol! Thats just my opinion though!
I'm not sure you're going to find an average.
However I think the smart woman or man would wait until they're at least 25 so that they can at least experience life a bit before making such a commitment.
Don't confuse life before 18 with life after 18 either. Going thru childhood is not experiencing life.
I am 24 %26amp; just got engaged, so I will prob be married @ 25 or 26..and all my friends are getting married/engaged %26amp; around my age..so I say between 24-26.
